Blueberry Fruit Puree

Fruit Purees from BSG are made with 100% real fruit and have been blended to meet consistent standards for brix, pH and flavor. Made from high-quality, 100% real fruit, fruit purees from BSG are perfect for brewers looking to create naturally fruit forward or subtly fruit flavored beers.

Fruit Purees can be added during primary or secondary fermentation. Suggested dosage is 0.5 – 2 pounds of puree per gallon of finished beer. However, dosage will vary depending on the desired level fruit intensity and style of beer. It is recommended to trial different dosage rates in pilot batches to determine optimal addition rate.
